How Big Is a 10′ x 20′ Storage Unit? A 10′ x 20′ storage unit is approximately the size of a single-car garage and has the space to accommodate the furnishings from a three-bedroom home. It’s 10 feet wide by 20 feet long and measures out to 200 square feet, which gives you 1,600 cubic feet of packing and storing room.

1.How can I pay for the unit?
The easiest form of payment is to set up "bill pay" with your bank for automatic monthly payment. Check, cash, money order, bank check, are all acceptable payment methods. We do not take credit cards.
2. When is payment due?
Payments are due the first of the month. Late fees will accrue if payments are late.
3. Should I purchase a lock or do you supply them?
You are responsible for your own lock.
4. Who should I make payment to and where do I mail it?
Please make checks payable to "Darlene Colandrea" Otherwise The check will be returned to. you. Mail to 48 Woodberry rd. Elka Park, NY 12427. Please note, 52 Clum Hill Rd and 95 Terns Rd are NOT mailing addresses.
5. Is there surveillance?
There is on premise security, lighting and frequent monitoring.
6. Do you offer temperature controlled units?
Not at this time.
7. Who is responsible for damages that might occur?
As per contract, the tenant is solely responsible for any and all damages, nature or any type or vandalism, etc. It is highly advised that you obtain your own insurance for your items in storage.
